Park in the the bays outside reception and then check in at the desk inside. From there, you can take the free transfer bus to the terminal.
On the way back, the bus will be waiting for you where it dropped you off when your flight is due to land. If your plans change, call 01661 860 530 to inform the car park. It will take you back to the car park.

Directions: From the A1 join the A696 leading directly to Newcastle International Airport. At the main A696 Airport roundabout, take the third exit from the roundabout sign posted Freight village, after approximately 30metres, turn right.
Handy parking with handy transfers - you'll be at the airport in 5 minutes! Bellair outdoor parking is ideal if you?re looking to get to the airport quickly and easily. You'll just need to drive to the car park and park your car, then hop on the transfer bus to the terminal and you'll be at check-in in 5 minutes. When you get back, just hop on the bus again and pick up your car from the car park. It's straightforward and simple.
If you're late to pick up your car you'll be charged £8 per day.
Disabled facilities: The car park has special buses that can lower for wheelchairs, should you need them.
When you're about 15 minutes away from the airport, call 01912 144 022 and let the car park know you're on your way. When you reach the car park, go in and park next to the customer service office. Then, go into the office to check in. The car park will call a transfer bus to come and get you. The bus driver will also give you a hand with getting your bags onto the transfer bus and will take you to the terminal while your car is being parked. It'll take only 5 minutes to get to check-in and transfers are included in the price.
When you get back, head to the bus stop outside the check-in hall. The transfer bus driver will be waiting there to take you back to the car park, where you car will be ready and waiting for you. Then all you need to do is load up the luggage, hop in and go home. The busses run on a continuous loop, so don't worry if the bus isn't there straight away, you won't need to wait for long.

Directions: - Leave the A1 Newcastle Upon Tyne, via the slip road heading towards the Novotel.
- You'll come out onto a roundabout, where you'll need to take the first exit if you're coming from the south or the third exit if you're coming from the north, onto the A696.
- Continue along this road for a minute or so, keeping on the far lefthand road as it diverges.
- You'll come out to another roundabout, where you'll need to take the second exit.
- Immediately after, you'll come to yet another roundabout and will need to take the second exit again.
- You should then see the car park on your right.
The Newcastle Short Stay car park is directly opposite the terminal; the whole process of leaving your car is crisper than a north-eastern winter. All you need to do is park your car and make your way to the terminal - it's just a stroll away from check-in. And you can relax while you're away because the car park has CCTV, 24-hour security patrols, entry and exit barriers, fencing and floodlighting.
Take a ticket at the entry barrier, then just park your car and walk across the road to the terminal. Keep your ticket somewhere safe, as you'll need it when you come back.
Walk back to the car park - it's a short stroll across the road. At the exit barrier, you'll need to insert your ticket and the barrier will raise and allow you to exit. If you have any problems, press the help button and quote your car park booking reference.

Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north), then take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the short-term car park - it's directly opposite the terminal. This service at Newcastle airport saves you time and trouble by having a driver meet you at the terminal before departure and upon your return. Newcastle airport Meet and Greet parking is particularly useful for travellers with lots of luggage or anyone looking for a quick and easy passage.

Please note, when you are met on arrival at the Fast Track car park, there is a small ramp that allows you access to the terminal, but please be assured that it is the closest car park to the terminal.
Park in the Fast Track car park, just a few meters from the check-in hall, where our chauffeur will be waiting to meet you. You'll need to call the car park on 07921 232 909 or 0191 214 4022, around 30 minutes before your scheduled arrival- this is just to confirm you're running on time.
After collecting your luggage, simply head outside the terminal and turn immediately right towards the meeting point in the Fast Track car park. Your car will be waiting for collection at that point.

Directions: From the A1 - join the A696 for Newcastle international airport. At the A696 airport roundabout, turn right into the airport entrance, then turn left and proceed across two roundabouts, following signs for car hire return. Opposite car hire return, enter the Fast Track car park (formerly known as Short Stay car park 3), and proceed to the meeting point to the right, next to the pedestrian ramp.
From Edinburgh, the A68 offers an alternative route onto the A696 for Newcastle airport.
You'll have the convenience of parking within the airport grounds at the Long Stay car park - it's just 300 yards from the terminal and 2 minutes on the free shuttle bus. There's security for your car as well as easy access to the airport in Newcastle's official on-airport car park. You can rest easy while you're away knowing that there's CCTV, security patrols, entry and exit barriers, floodlighting and a fence.
If you're delayed coming back, you'll need to pay for the extra parking before you go at the car park's normal rate, which will be more expensive than the price you pay when you book with us - at the moment extra days cost £7.50 per day. If you come back early, unfortunately we can't give you a refund for the time you've not used.
